      Journey Homes has two main series of floor plans:

      The Classic Series includes eight floor plans: 

      Ranch floor plans include the Alaska (1,208-1,288 Finished SF with Full Unfinished Basement, 3 Bed, 2 Bath, Oversized 2 Car Garage), the Delaware (1,288 Finished SF with Full Unfinished Basement, 3 Bed, 2 Bath, 2 Car), and the Arizona (1,444 Finished SF with Full Unfinished Basement, 3 Bed, 2 Bath). 

      Two story floor plans include the Maryland (1,648 Finished SF with 1,140 SF Unfinished Basement, 3 Bed, 2.5 Bath, 2 Car Garage) and the New Jersey (1,712 Finished SF with 577 SF Unfinished Basement, 3 Bed, 2.5 Bath, 3 Car Garage). 

      Other floor plans include split levels the Kansas, the Michigan, and the California.

      The Legacy Series includes five floor plans: 

      Ranch floor plans include the Ohio. Two story floor plans include the Saratoga. 

      Split level floor plans include the Sundance, the Big Horn, and the Glendo.
